    Visitor visa application July 2025

They are undergoing normal processing so pointless to submit a webform. It can take a few months for the outcome of a TRV.

    Visitor visa application July 2025

You can certainly try but processing times and approval were never guaranteed so you should have applied earlier especially if you wanted to have 2 legs of your trip.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

3-4 years now and with even more reduced quotas planned for next year processing times will go up even longer. Also removal while under H&C processing used to fairly rare which is no longer the case.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Think it is getting longer than 24 months for AIP or refusals if not refused quickly. The system needed reform a long time ago but is only getting worse.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Even with cases of FV there are many variables so tough to even generalize because of this. Due to the limited quota I assume that what used to be an almost guaranteed H&C approval may no longer be the case and expedited processing may take significantly longer.

    Spousal inland pr/out of status

Very weird that you are not referring to a sponsor and not a spouse/partner. If you are living together in Canada why would your partner/spouse not be showing you any emails or online files they have access to?

    File in queue for review

Assume you have completed sponsor approval and background checks. If so yes that should mean you are nearing the end of the process as long as no red flags. Still within normal processing time.

ATIP Delays and Webforms With No Answers

There is nothing stopping your spouse from entering Canada so not sure why you are complaining about spousal visas from India. Your wife doesn’t even need a TRV to enter Canada and could apply for an SOWP if she has not received PR. Your child can enter Canada and attend school right away so...

Canada Experience Class - Been waiting 10 months.. how much longer?

You misinterpreted the form and applied for a BOWP. You needed to have an ITA and AOR to apply.

Sponsoring both parents (they are married to each other)

You are technically sponsoring one parent and their dependent which is their spouse in this case.

    Parents & Grandparents Program(PGP) 2024

Incredibly dependent on the application and whether quota has been reached for this year.

Sponsoring both parents (they are married to each other)

Follow the instructions. One parent is the primary applicant while the other one is technically just a dependent. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/imm1344.html

New Arrival & Pregnant – Need Advice on Health Coverage During 3-Month Wait

Advice is incredibly province dependent. Assume this is a permanent move to the specific province and Canada because that also impacts the response.

    2022 PR application timeline

In February your criminality had already been passed according to GCMS notes so not sure it had anything to do with your MP while change in destination was still in process. Security starts after criminality so also could be pure coincidence. Security is always the longest part of the process...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Would try to find more recent cases if possible because H&C has changed quite a bit in the past 6-12 months in response to reduced quotas.
