    Are you trying return to Canada on permanent basis? Are you single or did your family composition change since you left Canada? Do you have any health conditions that need ongoing treatment or monitoring (ie. use of the healthcare system)?

    You have freedom of movement as a PR and if you spent around 2 years living in NS after receiving PNP. OP moving shouldn’t be an issue.

    Would suggest waiting to see what is stamped in your passport and whether you received RC-1. An approved PTRD doesn’t mean you are out of the woods quite yet. Are you a US citizen? What is your status in the US?

    It’s really dependent on the profile and also what was said in the application. If it is for H&C more likely to be single entry which makes sense because the goal is to be prepared to return and live in Canada permanently. Like most things with IRCC there is a lot of variability.
