Receiving Portal 1 issue. Did not receive it.

Just call the generic 1800 IRCC number that you can find on Google. Inform that the email was sent, but never received. They'll send the email again.

    ADR to PPR timelines

Yeah, surprising to see IRCC acting on top of recent concerns being raised so fast. I only expect more process changes coming out way.

    ADR to PPR timelines

Here's one where PFL was issued after P2: They likely did a second review post P2 and found the application to be mispresenting.

    I RUINED MY LIFE

Cancelling your application won't do anything good either. Just wait for the result and see what happens. We obviously can't advise on the LOE/no LOE (most won't), but you can refer to a lawyer to get a peace of mind.

    I RUINED MY LIFE

You never had roots if you never had a permanent status here. Stop with all the negativity, wait and see what the result is.

    ADR to PPR timelines

IRCC is now re-evaluating some applications even after P1, P2, etc. Not sure if it is becoming normal, but there's something going on for sure. We've seen eligibility and misrep being re-evaluated post P2 as well.

Whatsapp groups are a severe security risks. We get a lot of scammers create those groups to steal your PII. Better to have Telegram groups where you can keep your identity safe.

PR Possibility – CLB 9 English, CLB 5 French, 1 Year Canadian Exp

CLB5 to CLB7 is actually the difficult jump to make. Focus on your weakness that you saw coming through in TEF/TCF/whatever you gave and you can get through in a couple of months with CLB7.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

The balance here is that, for every approved applications there are many rejected ones. Your intention to stay temporarily vs permanently is actually a factor here that has been featured in many refusal letters (200(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR)). To view this...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Once you apply for H&C, getting approved for a temporary visa becomes difficult as you've stated your intent to say permanently. This directly contradicts the idea that you'll stay temporarily and as expected would leave. So, H&C for WP or for parents on supervisa (different story) usually is a...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

H&C would be harder and more nerve-wrecking tbh as we can see over these threads. The wait times are longer and the result is very unpredictable. Once you apply for H&C, you'll also risk the ability to get a work permit extended in Canada too. So, ideally you would want to max out your options...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

If you learn french, you have far higher chances of getting a PR as the breakdown shows. You/your spouse can also earn a degree to increase your scores dramatically. You two have made some choices in the past that might make you feel you can't compete via EE, but if you open up more steps...

    ADR to PPR timelines

ADR alone makes no sense in the EE application scenario. What about background check, eligibility, etc? Are they marked completed in the PR tracker? The expectation of "4 weeks" being too long is not the right one. We are missing a lot of context here from you. What does your GCMS/CBSA notes say?

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

How is it so low? If you have Canadian work exp, foriegn work exp, etc IELTS (for both of you) - 275 is quite low. I'll check how someone can have so low CRS at your age. But, I was 30+ when I migrated to Canada through EE when CRS was easily 500+ as an outland applicant. I think there's a lot...

It doesn't matter much tbh. I was FSW-O, no category and my application was processed in less than 25 days from AOR.
