    Change in Family Status SINP

Not sure about PNP, but it should be fairly similar to what happens in Express Entry where family composition ONLY changes when your child is actually born. So, you'll have to inform when the child is born.

Final Decision in Progress – How Long for COPR & PR Card?

In-land candidates aren't sent back to enter again. You will get a portal email, your spouse will get a RFV/PPR email. You'll be landed virtually and receive an eCoPR and your spouse will be able to enter once you get your eCoPR and he has a visa + CoPR. There's no timeline for this, most wait...

What address to put in Police Clearance Certificate if my family moved from that address?

Pretty much the template to push premium lounge if there's even a tiny deviation from the norm. I don't know what "problem" you expect, but I doubt it. As long as you are going to physically collect your passport from BLS, there'll be no other issue.

Want Indian citizenship for New Born in Canada

Babies likely hold dual citizenship as an exception (because they can't renounce) with India. Read the law ffs.

Want Indian citizenship for New Born in Canada

I remember it better now, OCIs were banned but those on e-visas weren't - which makes ZERO sense. But yes, read the citizenship act and you'll see it isn't as complicated as you think.

Want Indian citizenship for New Born in Canada

    >Also during covid only indians were allowed to enter india IIRC, that's not entirely true. OCIs were allowed, those on visas weren't. Also, read my comment on the citizenship act.

Want Indian citizenship for New Born in Canada

For kids, there's a dual citizenship or something of that sorts. You can read "Indian citizenship under section 4 of the citizenship act" to understand this. I think the issue would be if they pick Canadian passport before getting an Indian passport or something along that line. If you read...

What address to put in Police Clearance Certificate if my family moved from that address?

Best if you get a premium lounge service of BLS. Even normal applicants are sent back, you've got complications - they'll make you come back or pay more.

What address to put in Police Clearance Certificate if my family moved from that address?

The PCC will follow the usual process, sometimes they call, sometimes they visit. If they visit and no-one's home, they'll call your parents to the police station or come again.

    Jan 2025 AOR

Keep low expectations. If you are outland, just focus on your settlement journey once you get PR; if you are in-land - not a lot changes for you beyond status. The journey is usually over pretty fast, unless you get unlucky.

What address to put in Police Clearance Certificate if my family moved from that address?

Put the new address of your parents. When you go to BLS, take as many docs as you can (of your parents too) as they'll ask for it. Take a printed copy of your mom/dad's passport, aadhar card, etc.

No one can do anything. Not MP, not webforms, etc. Waiting game at the end of the day.

Request Letter the same as passport request? Permanent residency

If the copy of your content is the same as what you see in the text you quoted - yes!

    May 2025 AOR

This is wrong (unless I missed a part of this conversation). OP needs to wait for portal 1, portal 2, eCoPR to become PR. And, based on the info provided during portal emails, the PR card process will start once OP gets their eCoPR.

    May 2025 AOR

It isn't. You ONLY become a PR when you are virtually landed (eCoPR) or land at the airport/border visit in Canada using your CoPR. If you are in-land, you'll be issued an eCoPR. The distinction matters here in terms of when you become a PR. If you haven't received a portal 1 or portal 2 yet...

    ITA 490 CRS

I'm assuming that you had CLB7 in french. Given that your CRS was 490, the only draw you'd qualify would be for French draw that happened earlier this week (480 CRS cutoff iirc). Upload your docs truthfully, nothing to worry about here.

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Tough spot. Supervisa is obviously the way to go here, but this will get challenging now that she has stated her intent to settle permanently. IRCC weighs in on these intents. People still get lucky if an officer discards H&C attempt or fails to consider it. I have not seen a lot of cases here...

    Please advise..

Your actual employment can be verified by evidence. So, if you actually worked a job title, you can back it up by showcasing evidence that should point so! If you have a proof that your employer has threatened you, maybe evaluate your options and take him to the court. IRCC won't act on his...

H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

In general EE/PR applications, MPs can't do anything beyond making an enquiry and that does nothing to speed up your application. I'm unsure if the suggestion has any merit.
