Was My Mother Deemed a Citizen in 1947 Under Section 5(1)(b)?

In that case, under current rules, I believe your mother would qualify for citizenship as the first generation born abroad but you would not as the second.

@hawk39 responded to your post when you originally asked this question a few weeks ago (?). You need to provide the information @hawk39 asked for.

There is always some chance of a PFL. So yes, you should be prepared this may happen or you may simply be refused without a PFL since you have no related work experience.

You asked the same question a few weeks ago and I answered. Please review my responses from then. I don't believe I have any furniture guidance to provide at this point.

It means you are either not eligible or that you answered one or more question incorrectly. The issue is on your side. There is no IRCC error or issue.

    Criminal Rehabilitation Application Timeline

If you are the primary applicant, then technically you can change your spouse to non-accompanying in the application. PR Possibility – CLB 9 English, CLB 5 French, 1 Year Canadian Exp

    Humanitarian and compassionate application

GCMS notes are your detailed application notes. They generally take 30 days to arrive. You can do a google search on how to order them.

    Humanitarian and compassionate application

H&C Unique situation with my 76-year-old mother. Advice appreciated

    - She can certainly try submitting an H&C application. It's a very long process these days and the outcomes are uncertain.
