    1. Can't you use your Canadian passport and OCI to enter India? 2. No 3. It can be attached to only one passport. You can use the OCI miscellaneous service and switch from Canadian to USA. This would lead to a new OCI card.

    BLS status will show when it's ready for pickup. Pickup time is Mon-Fri, 3 pm - 4.30 pm You can collect for all. Just take there ID and keep letter of authorization for your spouse and kids(with your spouse approving kids OCI collection) just in case they ask for it...
