    I tried several times with MS edge and got that error. Try with Google Chrome, that worked for me. Regarding your application, it took 40 days to get the biometric letter in my case.

    My application status tracker is updated July 21st, last login July 23rd. Gckey last update was July 18, medicals got a new date, and then yesterday I had the ghost update (application/profile updated, with no changes)

    I've seen both ways, sometimes they update medicals at the same time of the BIL, sometimes it's after.
