Hearing Postponed
As I read on the forum, most people received their postponed letter and NOD at the same time. But I have received this letter like 2 weeks ago and still there is no update. I am so sick of this situation. :(- broccoli13

Below you can see the letter they sent me, it actually pisses me off, I was waiting and waiting for a hearing and literally a month ago they send a letter and say “maybe we can consider this under file-review”. I mean whats the point of this? Just give me my hearing instead of postponing it...- broccoli13
