    It's an automated email sent out after some time has passed after the first one is received. No set timeline for FD/ppr after that. Just depends how long it takes for background check to finish and the officer to review everything.

    Did you make an ircc tracking account for the sponsor, just to confirm it wasn't marked complete there? I'm not sure if that is possible, but I do know the letter for my spouse came over 2 weeks later than when it was actually completed in the tracker.
