Visitors Visa refused from South Africa
Not sure if you can order GCMS or ATIP notes. They may contain the reason of refusal. My hunch is the IRCC feels that even though your Girlfriend has strong ties to SA she also has a good reason to stay in Canada for a long time without the proper Visa.- vkamath

I hope the same happens for May Applicants. TBH, Physical Presence, Language should be done within a day. You already have the entry/exit records just integrate IRCC/CBSA systems. For Language test, could be automated with integrating with IELTS systems.- vkamath

As a Canadian PR, we do have mobility rights but Do provide valid documentation and explanation as to why you moved to BC. I would have done so.- vkamath

Still cannot create the tracker was able to reach IRCC support the application is in Progress. Hope the tracker creation works next week Getting below error Incorrect or invalid information. Physical Presence Calculator Entry
Hello All, I have made multiple day trips to US during Residency. Most of the time i entered canada after 9PM Pacific. Anything after 9PM pacific translates to the next day in I94 Records. What should i enter date you returned to Canada? Is it the actual date or as per I94 Records- vkamath
