For the renewal, when does PR card's 5 year cycle starts? from landing date or PR card issuance date?"

It is the latter. The rolling 5-year window in meeting the Residency Obligation starts on the day that you became a PR. The date on your PR Card is irrelevant.

    Residency Obligations - Bank statements

Unless things have changed, you only need to provide 2 pieces of evidence, so ONE (month) bank statement and ONE NOA will suffice. Ideally, these should be from different times within the 5 year assessment period.

    CANADA BORDER INTERVIEW

I am curious about this in your 4th post in this thread: "...my husband has suffered mental health problems to the point he had to stopped to work before meeting me so I pray they will consider that,..." Since you stated (in a different post) that your asylum claim was denied, which led to you...

    CANADA BORDER INTERVIEW

You don't need to bring, or provide, any additional evidence to your lawyer! IRCC will ask for more if they are doubting your relationship with the sponsor. Your lawyer needs to guide you on how to deal with CBSA right now, not IRCC. Good luck!

    CANADA BORDER INTERVIEW

Assuming you filed the Inland sponsorship application, since the requirement to have legal status is waived. However..until you reach the all important AIP (approval in Principal) step, you are at a greater risk of having `issues'.

Sponsor my common law partner inland

If you have solid evidence of cohabiting together for at least 365 days, there's no reason to wait, IMHO. It is always recommended that legal status is maintained, although the Inland application for spousal sponsorship waives that requirement. Having said that... 1. It is acceptable. 2...

As long as he receives enough to be able to support the applicant, it shouldn't be a problem. As we all know, there is no minimum income requirement (unless that has changed).

    Residency obligation

Even without a valid PR Card, entry into Canada for a PR that has not already lost status, or is otherwise deemed to be inadmissible (i.e. criminality) will be allowed. The real potential of the creation of a 44(1) report is not diminished.

    Residency obligation

Thinks like, banking records (only need one statement, not 5 years worth), membership to a local gym, lease or rental agreement; basically anything that shows you have resided in Canada in the 5 year window, looking back from the day you submit the application.

OWP, illegal work and public policy protection

You're going to elevate the angst by posting the same question in multiple places! Nobody can answer the question regarding whether or not working without authorization will impact a decision on the OWP that is available via the spousal sponsorship. It's possible...that the PR will be approved...
