    When you calculate your points in the EE eligibility, were you eligible? I don't remember the eligibility by age anymore, but you need 67 or more points to be eligible for EE :) If you aren't eligible, PNPs (non-EE) would be your route.

    Follow the EE categories(and qualify based on them), learn french, try PNPs, etc that's the only way for you to come back. So many outland applicants still get ITAs even in this day and age, so there's always a way.
