BLS status will show when it's ready for pickup. Pickup time is Mon-Fri, 3 pm - 4.30 pm You can collect for all. Just take there ID and keep letter of authorization for your spouse and kids(with your spouse approving kids OCI collection) just in case they ask for it...- forw.jane
