    Profile not elegible

You don't have a year of Canadian work experience so not eligible for CEC. Work on study permit doesn't count. So only eligible for FSW so what is your factor selection score and do you have at lease 67 points? Do you have ECA for degree? If you do then answering a question wrong.

Rural Renewal Stream Step by Step process (Moving from other province)

Never said that but you need an endorsed job offer with the community to apply. You say you will be able to get a job so talk to the employer and see if your job can be endorsed to enter the pool. Plus you have housing in the rural community so you seem set. However this doesn't mean PR. There...

Rural Renewal Stream Step by Step process (Moving from other province)

If you want to gain experience and have a job (and housing) then it is your choice. Don't go with the expectation of PR through Rural Renewal.

Rural Renewal Stream Step by Step process (Moving from other province)

Honestly your chance are low if you don't live in the community and have an endorsed job offer to join the current pool. So many changes to PNPs now with so many in the pool.

    Visitor Visa for Parents(in-law)

There is no formal sponsorship. Parents show their own cash in the bank, ties to return, travel history and valid reason to travel. Coming for 3.5 months is way too long as it shows that they don't have any reason to go back home and funds are probably not enough. Wife can write letter of...

Strategic recruitment is through trade like missions is specific countries so there will be no check box.. You cannot be selected unless you go through the recruitment and get job offer through eligible company. Last missions were in 2023 so those people have been waiting a while...

    PGWP withdrawal and reapplication

It doesn't matter anymore since you left Canada. Outside Canada you have up to 180 days to apply. You now have withdrawn your inland PGWP so wait for official withdrawal notice. And you wait for outland PGWP approval. Nothing you can do now.

    PGWP withdrawal and reapplication

What 90 day period? You aren't in Canada to maintain status within study permit expiration so makes no difference. See general eligibility. Nothing to do now but wait. Good luck. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/work/after-graduation/eligibility.html

    PGWP withdrawal and reapplication

So you withdrew your original PGWP application after applying for the second. Why would you not withdraw the first one, wait for response, and then reapply. A withdrawal is not instant so you wait for response. Nothing to do now. Can take a few weeks for acknowledgment and then additional weeks...

Request for guidance for a 48 year old - options to immigrate to Canada

So Express Entry is not an option even with French. Look at other countries to immigrate to because Canada is not an option due to age and score. IT is not in demand with so many IT Canadians professionals out of work.

Do I need to extend my COOP Work Permit?

You applied for PGWP so no need to extend your study and coop permits.

Request for guidance for a 48 year old - options to immigrate to Canada

If no longer eligible for Express Entry then really no option but learn French to CLB 7 but even then will you be eligible to submit a profile. Are you a medical professional?

    PNP

Depends on your NOC, job offer, fluency, education? No province without a job offer. If US citizen look into CUSMA with job offer.

    Supervisa suggestions for my mom

So not a single parent because she is not supporting/caring for other children. She shows here ties to return with your NOA. Ties to return are property, any work, pension, investments. Having both children in Canada will weaken ties to return. She can apply anytime.

Rural Renewal Stream Step by Step process (Moving from other province)

Few will get an invitation because score not high enough nor enough spots. Just because your name is in the pool doesn't mean selected. There are only 950 spots allocated and many of the 4000 may not be eligible in the coming years. Where do you live now? Learn French.

Rural Renewal Stream Step by Step process (Moving from other province)

So you have to contact all communities. There are 4000 in the pool so lots of endorsements already in the pool. Maybe that is why there are no new endorsements because thousands haven't been invited.

    Supervisa suggestions for my mom

What do you mean by "sadly" she is a single parent? Who is she caring for in home country under 22 to be a single parent? If you meet LICO for her and she purchases insurance and passes a medical then show her property, shop payments etc.
