    Spouses are now able to secure OHIP with AOR so assume children likely can as well. If not passing eligibility should secure not AIP. The change happened in mid 2024 after it became easier to secure TRVs for spouses being sponsored.

    April is actually not a long time for both dependents of protected people or files from West Africa. That said you are free to order GCMS notes for your piece of mind. Processing is years so it is a long and slow process.

    You have the added delay from Quebec trying to limit immigration even more than other provinces. Quebec typically has the longest processing for PR. That said if you’d parents got selected for PGP they are still allowed extremely lucky even if processing takes years.
