It usually delays, often significantly. However, I've seen cases where rescheduling happens within two weeks of sending the email. The timeline's unpredictable. Given your need for the certificate sooner – likely for a passport application – I'd recommend doing whatever it takes to get it done...- lasignor_90

Theirs is probably a virtual ceremony and they also probably opted for an e-Certificate. If yours is in person, you just need to sign the form sent with the oath email and take it with you.- lasignor_90
