I tried several times with MS edge and got that error. Try with Google Chrome, that worked for me. Regarding your application, it took 40 days to get the biometric letter in my case.- dalevieira

My application status tracker is updated July 21st, last login July 23rd. Gckey last update was July 18, medicals got a new date, and then yesterday I had the ghost update (application/profile updated, with no changes)- dalevieira

What worked for me was creating the account on google chrome(my main browser was MS Edge) Try clearing your browsing data if it doesn't work.- dalevieira
