    bg is only part of whats needed for prohibition to be completed , others steps results like presence are also needed , thats why we see some cases where language is finished and also bg check , but prohibition stays in progress because presence has smth not resolved yet.

    The majority lf march aors and april aors didnt get that done yet same here , the ircc agent told me that the bg check is always done by vancouver office, so when people says my application got transfered to vancouver its true but not only you everyone goes their for bg check from what i understood
