No they haven't done it yet. I received an reply on the secord webform and they reassured that application is still under process and I should wait for them to ask any documents if necessary. -

I am in the similar situation. I submitted Super visa application for my parents on January 1st, 2025. They hold visitor visa to biometric was carried over but I haven't received Medical request yet. It has been almost double the processing time. -
