Hi you can combine and make one PDF..for example, all Indian docs with surrender certificate and upload it on cancel/surrender certificate.and then upload citizenship certificate and then in present valid passport you can upload all the Canadian docs in one PDF. And you can upload your license...- d13

There is no signature needed..my parents did it for me in india.maybe they ask Canadian passport photocopy.- d13

For ration card there is no online process for Gujarat state. Your family member can do it in India in person. For me my parents did it all the procedure in India for voter and ration.- d13
