H1b stamping in Canada with PR card
You can select no. I have done it twice in past and got it stamped. I am sure there is a requirement to submit a copy of the PR card for Dropbox or to show your PR card at the time of the appointment. Technically, If you are a Canadian PR, you are applying for a Visa from your resident country.- Popat
