So far the FD date is the best parameter for eCOPR. If you notice in comment forums, eCOPR are being released with progressive FD date (every day the FD date gets closer to the current date).
I will never understand this. The quota should be calculated based on the ITA, and not on the final part of the process. If there is a quota that has been met, why do they keep sending more ITAs?
