    You need to advise IRCC of any address change. If out of Canada you will receive PPR and get COPR and then have to land in Canada to initiate your PR.

    It will likely be incredibly difficult to get PR as a security officer unless you know French. You need to do a lot of research on pathways and scores needed. Securing PR has become very difficult.
