    Yes, there is a chance to get process moving but getting response from Mandamus also taking more time as compared to previous one. But it is worth trying it if you are stuck for more than 20 months.

    Since in your case decision has not been made so you can't do that. KAI method is actually sending formal emails to all VOs stating that your all 4 statuses has been completed and it is taking long to issue you a portal emails. There is a format for that.

    @Elizabethola That is quite normal I believe you are through Pnp EE, usually background check is taking 2/3 months to get completed. I would suggest to call IRCC and ask about info sharing, criminality and security check. I think you background is taking a bit time.
