    CSIS did not send notes since Nov 2024. I searched in this website, nobody received CSIS notes since Nov 2024. I ordered CSIS notes on Dec 2024 and March 2025 two times, but no response.

    yes, several years of conscript (just a stand guard) almost 60 years ago in China Back at 60's and 70's in China, if rural young people want a permanent job in cities, the only way is to join conscript for several years
