    A 10 year supervisa does not mean she can visit for 10 years. Would add that many do not have the funds to pay for healthcare for preexisting conditions or if supervisa insurance is refused which would also mean visitor is no longer compliant with the terms of their supervisa.

    5 year window ends April 8 2026. That said if you weren’t compliant with your RO the RO is a rolling requirement so you always need to meet the 730 days in 5 years on any date. If not compliant with your RO would not apply 9 months early.

    There is never a perfect moment but employers and staff often take time off in July & August so hiring typically slows especially for office jobs. Most employers also function quite differently between the end of November to mid-January. The hiring process is very slow which doesn’t help.

    You have to consider that not a lot of hiring happens, except seasonal work, in November/December due to end of year and Christmas. Obviously there is some variability depending what NOC since some sectors are always looking to hire. Would suggest mid January landing vs end of October/November.
