I've just got a webform reply from IRCC re my FSW-O application (AOR Jan '21):

Just wondering if that actually implies anything? Like eligibility passed or recommended pass?
Thanks in advance for any hint - it has been a long wait for everyone here esp FSW-O.
Great they started replying to web forms.

Oh please brother..... I have no interest in whatever life you had in the US or currently have. I and several others, came to Canada for its quality of life. We are now pissed that very "quality of life" is dropping quickly because of mass immigration from opportunist H1Bs like you. Some of us have worked our butts off in Canada for years in order to buy a house and then one fine day, a newly arrived sweatshop H1B from across the border, comes in with his/her savings and outbids all of us. This is the recent trend in Canada. Express entry is overrepresented with your kind. Their main objective is to work for a few years in the US for amassing a huge amount and then move to Canada. If housing becomes unaffordable, how the hell are we supposed to raise families over here? Unlike you, we have no interest in raising a family in the US. The scumbag Trudeau and his love for mass immigration, will turn Canada into a third world country soon. This will be his last term.
You should be worried about people coming to Canada who are pursuing a cheap ass PGDM courses in one of the worst schools in Canada and getting permanent residency through CEC program. They are the real problems to Canada. They are not skilled. Whereas The so-called H1B sweatshop workers are considered high skilled. I continue to worry about you because you have a serious obsession with people moving from the US. If you continue this obsession, one day you’ll stab someone like me and you’ll end up in jail.

These PGDMs are new serf class of Canada. They will likely never own a house, they will fill undesirable or labor jobs and they can't migrate to say the US. As the government, is there anything better than this?

You need to pay Canadian 17-18 for dishwasher, cleaner but these guys will work for minimum wage. I'm not discrediting their line of work. I respect all work but they will lower the growth in wages. Great for business owners and government, terrible for unskilled Canadians

They should stop all H1B holders from applying under express entry program by changing minimum eligibility criteria. End of day, they will go back to US after getting citizenship. Students graduating from the average colleges and universities are more loyal to Canada than these H1B holders. It took many years for IRCC to realise this fact. But it is never too late to take right step that IRCC is going to take by focusing more on inland applicants and NOC based system.
If I was Canadian government i would scrap the TN visa which is detrimental to Canadian interests. Not only new immigrants but Canadian graduates that are being recruited en masse to work in Wall St, medicine and Silicon Valley. But hey, I'm just a troll account

The TN Visa is a US VISA program as part of the United States' compliance with NAFTA/USMCA. The Canadian government has no power there. It's like saying that Canada should scrap H1-B Visa and Green Card applications.

He is mentally ill.He is a schizophrenic, he has hallucinations and he is deluded. Canada should check for mental health for inadmissiblity. This guy if he was in us he would have surely killed a bunch of people in some school or work .He is sick.

Most of the Canadians who use the TN visa do not have any intention to live in the US permanently, They go there to make a few bucks and come back when it's time to raise a family. It would be insanely expensive to raise a family in the US and the quality of life is much worse. The ones who want to live in the US permanently generally switch to the H1B or L1 visas.
If the US immigration is fixed, people like me will never step our foot on Canadian soil. Till then, we will find a way. End of the way, I need to provide a better life my family. I am just a normal human being. To be frank, I do complete understand your frustation. As a student in the US, I was against people moving from other countries on H1B visa because they were limited number of H1B and I felt loke outsiders were stealing our place. The US should have atleast created a seperate work visas for US Students or a easy pathway to GC irrespective of our birth place. As a student be invested a lot in the US but some my friends had to leave due to lack of H1B visa. I spent $60,000 USD on my MBA and I am not including the money my father gave whenever I needed. It took few years to pay back my loan but I had to sweat a lot. H1B abuse is real and I agree with you 100%. Not only outsiders but also some students from the Indian states of Andhra and Telangana abuse the H1Bs. They keep doing it and I know many. I have personally reported many to USCIS but no actions were taken. I know that what I am doing to you is same as what these outsiders did to us. I am sorry, but it is what it is. Got to live with it.

Emphasis on "have marriage certificate". Depending on resources available where one lives, i think this can be manipulated with best intentions... imagine getting married (with all rituals and traditions) --> not register marriage --> wait--> get ppr --> soft landing --> come back and register marriage --> apply spousal visa/pr ..... does this work ??
need views on this ? is this practical or M I missing a catch somewhere ?

Visa officers can ask for any proof later on like photos, invitation cards, etc. and if the timeline doesn't add up and the visa officer suspects anything, you are completely f***ked. Either get married now and add your spouse before landing or get married after completing soft landing.

Those guys don't have huge amounts of cash to flood the property markets. Also, in order to qualify for CEC, you need to be employed in either NOC A, B and C for at least a year, so wtf are you talking about?

H1B sweatshop workers are highly skilled? Roflmao. According to you. Do they have a CRS ranking system for H1B workers. Nope. It is well known to be used by several Indian MNCS to exploit workers from India.

Here, read this:

Highly skilled. Roflmao. I would agree that those H1Bs working for the FANG companies are highly skilled. The rest? Don't make me laugh.
Along with the below response, I would like to add a few points. I think I can talk for myself. I have not abused the system. I have followed the rules yet I’m still under a lot of uncertainty. So I’m pursuing another way to keep my engine running.

Btw, not all are eligible for a H1 B. See below.

The position must also meet one of the following criteria to qualify as a specialty occupation:
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree or its equivalent is normally the minimum entry requirement for the particular position
  • The degree requirement is common to the industry in parallel positions among similar organizations or, in the alternative, the job is so complex or unique that it can be performed only by an individual with a degree
  • The employer normally requires a degree or its equivalent for the position
  • The nature of the specific duties is so specialized and complex that the knowledge required to perform the duties is usually associated with the attainment of a bachelor’s or higher degree.*
For you to qualify to perform services in a specialty occupation you must meet one of the following criteria:
  • Hold a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree required by the specialty occupation from an accredited college or university
  • Hold a foreign degree that is the equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree required by the specialty occupation from an accredited college or university
  • Hold an unrestricted state license, registration, or certification that authorizes you to fully practice the specialty occupation and be immediately engaged in that specialty in the state of intended employment
Have education, specialized training, and/or progressively responsible experience that is equivalent to the completion of a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree in the specialty occupation, and have recognition of expertise in the specialty through progressively responsible positions directly related to the specialty.**
