Yes, I applied in mid of July! No update on my application yet. My current permit expires in November mid as well. my husband is Canadian.. he is sponsoring me.. waiting for our marriage certificate from service Ontario

Oh good luck, if you don't have aor from pr, it better this way (via public policy)since ppl are getting pr beg the owp is approved.

I think they are overwhelmed suddenly with permits, because the timeline keeps on growing longer…

Applied on July 18. Not even sure if they can get it processed after 3 months or more, given the processing time seems to continuously increase by time. Also applied CEC recently, will bridge WP application be processed faster or the same?

some people are getting their pr before this permit LOL. so you never know!

It looks like we can keep working even after the expiry date on the letter (120 days, WP-EXT except PGWP ) until they process the application

It is this famouse letter that I did not receive? Or the confirmation of application that says:
Dear NAME:
This confirms that your application has been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada (IRCC) on __________________(yyyy/mm/dd). ETC?

It is definitely the letter I did not received automatically.

It is automated letter... many of them did not receive
