which factors are more important for WES

Hello all
from these below factors which one has the most important for WES to qualify and assess degree/certificate:

• Total Duration time based on Hours
  
• Total Duration Year(s)
• Based on numbers of subjects

please let me i clarify little bit via example :
suppose
course called "X" within 1 year with 400 hours and 15 subjects
AND
course Called "X" within 2 years with 400 hours and 15 subjects


400 hours can be studied either during 6 months or 24 months
but from my perspective i think numbers of subjects are matter !
please advice me on this

Not really, I had a one year diploma with 12 courses that was evaluated as a 4 year bachelot
