Should I Inform IRCC If I Stop Working in the US?

Hello all,

I applied for Express Entry when working in the US using a working visa. My working visa is expiring, so I'm going to by unemployed, but still have other legal status to stay in the US. My question is, do I need to inform IRCC about the employment status change? Will it affect my case?

Thanks!! Just a clarification so I fully understand this - is it because the employment status change will not impact my CRS score, so I don't need to inform IRCC?
