Hi, I need a little info. I got married in 2013. My spouse went there on study visa in 2017. Then we applied express entry visa, I was main applicant. We landed Canada as pr and stayed for 6 months then due to some personal reasons I moved to Ireland. But my spouse stayed in Canada for another 6 months till my spouse joined me again in Ireland . Now we are separated and heading towards divorce. My question is, how can I ask immigration to cancel my spouse visa if there is any such law? Because I feel betrayed.

Thanks.

You can't and there is no such law. Divorce and move on.

Just to add for anyone else reading PR status and residency obligation are an individual responsibility it has nothing to do with marital status whether separated or divorced so cannot be influenced by one or other partner.
