I got my AOR on Nov 5 2019
I submitted my file on Aug 26 2019

I applied under PNP paper based PR

What would be my next step? after this and how long would it take?

Just got my notes and it says that my File has been transferred from to CIO to Ottawa IRCC .
It says the reason to be admissibility .
Also my Eligiblity isn't started yet and
App Status - open
App status reason - TFR Admissibility .
Are files usually transferred for Admissibility check . please give your opinion. And some days ago i saw the status change on my ECAS to Application received.

i would suggest to wait because you have recently got the AOR. in couple of months you will get your medical. i applied on 21st of October i am waiting for AOR too.
