I didn't get my notes even. Did they ask for LOE or did u find any problem with file in gcms. Or u want to do it by yourself.

They didn’t ask for anything. They said one of my job descriptions are not consistent with the NOC job. I think it might be because the poor translation. With help by the lawyer, I’m about to provide a new letter of employment and also the letter of explanation. I’ll let you know once there is any updates.

Hi. Update my case here. Last week we provided the explanation letter and new letter of employment, also my son’s birth certificate. Good news is i got ip2 yesterday. I called cic and the agent told me the eligibility pass, criminal check pass, background check in progress. The only weird thing is they requested my son’s birth certificate again. The agent said I can ignore the request letter coz Montreal Office had confirmed that they received the certificate. Anyways I might provide again...

Eligibility review required makes timeline go crazy. Have you ordered notes to see why it’s reviewed? If not, you lad better order that ASAP.

Yes bro I did. I applied on July 7 but no reply. Then I did send an email after 40 days still no reply. Now I applied again about 10 days ago. Now I will see what happens

Just wanted to know with what CIC is having issue with. Are they having issues on the employer or about your employment with the company itself or duties in the letter? Is the employer small or big company, and have a website?

I am CEC inland March AOR. I've received my GCMS note today. The analyst gave me a Review Required...

On my note, it said ANALYST RECOMMENDATION: Review Required MI 2 SUMMARY NOTES: PLEASE READ CLIENT LETTER OF CLARIFICATION EDOC xxxxxxx & xxxxxxx
R87.1: CEC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Review Required

But on the note it just seems fine about my work experience... It said EXPERIENCE: Letter appears to confirm employment in declared occupation throughout the specified period, and provides a job description which is consistent with the lead statement and main duties as set out in the declared NOC category.
Letter confirm full/time employment; - Documented Income provided: Both a T4 and a NOA from 20xx-20xx, Pay stubs from 20xx-20xx CEC Work: x years. CRS Canadian Work: x years.

BTW, one of the EDOC the analyst noted above is to explain why I didn't submit ROE since I am still working with the company as parttimer at that time. Other is to explain one question I've answered wrong and would like to correct it which is about UCI...

I've been (and I think I still am) in this status but, at least from what I could see through my last GCMS notes, my "Review Required" status was auto-generated by the system, so I'd recommend you checking the following on your notes:

Under the Activity part of the GCMS notes you'll have a field called Updated By (After Updated Date and before Office)
To check whether it’s system generated see if it’s by EAIEAPP. If that's the case, you don't need to be that concerned because (almost)everyone go through it.
If it’s by an agent it’ll be an Alphanumeric Code by them.

Usually what follows at CIO level is:-

1. Review Required (Sys Generated)
2. Then it goes to Met (By an Agent Review)
   
3. Then it is again put to Not Started (This is done before shifting the file back to LVO)

No one touched my case after this. Other than your "CEC work 3 months of 1 year review required", there's some other notes in the summary section
"Please review file - PA appears to have earned sufficient points & sufficient points & sufficient Canadian work experience as per LOE. However, the tool appears to only award PA with 3 months of Canadian work experience rather than 1 year 11.2: appears met R87.1; CEC minimum requirements - appears met ready to finalize RPRF: Complete."

I received an email notification earlier today stating "Your application is in the queue for review by an Officer. Our office is unable to provide a timeline for completion. You will be contacted in due course."

Apprently there's nothing I can do except waiting.

For u it says A11.2 appers met... but in my case it says review required for tht as well..... they acknowledged tht ur mim requirements r met... mine r in question and i hv no idea why....
