Hi I thought this form was completed but once again CIC wrote back to me for the third time about this.
"Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family
Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures This must be received at this office by: This
must be received at this office"
The form was signed by me the applicant anyone know why I would have received this back again as everything on the form appears correct to my knowledge.
Section A : Includes my name as the applicant my wife my sponsor and my parents details.
Section B - Includes my wifes two step kids .
Section C- includes all my siblings and their details.
Form is signed by me the applicant. I had opened a thread on this already but decided to start again as the thread dates back from some months ago.
