Dear Members,

I need your help with my work experience.

I have been working at Central Bank of Pakistan since June 2013.

My work history is as follows:

June 2013 to July 2015 - Central Bank of Pakistan

Aug 2015 to May 2017 - Unpaid Study leave Masters from University of Oklahoma

June 2017 to PRESENT - Central Bank of Pakistan - Same Position

Now how should i write my experience in ITA application work history section.

Should i write in continuation i.e., June 2013 to PRESENT ?

OR

Should i break it into two separate rows as follows:

June 2013 to July 2015 - Central Bank of Pakistan
June 2017 to PRESENT - Central Bank of Pakistan - Same Position

The experience letter that i have clearly states that i was on study leave during the period July 2015 to June 2017. I also have the initial job offer letter from my employer.

Looking forward to your responses.

Regards,

You can claim 4 years experience. June 2013- July 2015 and June 2017 - present should be under work experience. One letter will suffice for both both work experiences. Unpaid study leave should be under personal history. Hope this makes sense.

You'll have to have 2 rows.

After you get your ITA, you should keep it exactly like this - 2 rows. The system is going to upload the document twice because it considers it as 2 "jobs".

You will have to upload the same document in both those place holders.

@rajkamalmohanram & @mandiebraxton ... I have one last question ... So i have ECA for my Masters degree from USA. My Bachelors degree is from Pakistan. I have taken ECA only for my Masters degree since it is my last degree. In my my education history section in ITA form online, i have mentioned only about my Masters degree. Should i also mention about my Bachelors degree ? Or Mentioning masters degree is enough because it is an understood fact that you cannot get a masters degree without a bachelors degree ?

No, you should not mention your bachelors or anything else in the education history section if you only have an evaluation that mentions only your Masters degree. Without a mention on your ECA report, the information about your bachelors degree and your high school are superfluous for the education history section.

However, you should mention all activities in the personal history section (everything in the past 10 years or since you were 18 if you are less than 28 years old)
