Hi everyone
My h & c application stage 1 approved.
Now they asking for police reports. I lived uk for 9 years , in 2011 I had drunk n drive charges. 1 year licence suspension .
It is showing on my report .

NOW WILL THEY REFUSE MY APPLICATION ?
It's almost 9 years ago fine was £80
Please help me someone

DUI = driving under influence , basically drink driving or drug driving and such.

your only chance to argue is your blood alcohol reading when it happened, if you can prove it.

A DUI makes you criminally inadmissible and requires that you apply for rehabilitation.

If you did not declare your crime in your app, you will be refused and banned from Canada.

You were criminally inadmissible when you came. If you didn’t advise them of the charges, you have left out information that could alter your application results (misrepresentation). Your in kind of a tough spot now. All you can do is hope for the best.

You were obliged to declare your arrest starting all the way back to when you applied for your TRV. You would have failed to declare your arrest for so many years and in so many forms at this point.

Even I go for rehabilitation will that effective even Honestly even was not remember because I was notbad drunk also I was dropping guest to bus stop. Police pulled me over 2011 , they said come to court they took my car. They gave me suspension one year. £80 fine . I lived there 9 years . 1 year to my home country, 8 years I have been living here.
I never pulled by police before or after in my whole life. It was only happened in my life. I have disable son . I don't want their life in problem because of me .
Don't know how do I fix this .
