Jan 2019 applicants from surrey

Hi,
I applied for citizenship in january. i received my AOR in january 2019. And file shows in process since March 25. I have not receive any update after that. Neither they ask me for fingerprints nor they send any test date. I applied from vancouver.
Do you guys have an idea, why they are delaying my file? I called them, they said everything is ok with your file?

They are not delaying your file, it's a average 12 month process (which may or may not be from the time it goes In Process). If you applied in and got AOR in January, you are very lucky as average time then was 55 days for AOR. If you see the spreadsheet for January you will see only 44% of people have gotten a test invite.

IRCC is slow and under no pressure or incentive to speed up.
