Spouse is 46 years . Will he get PR?

Hi,

My CRS score is around 460. My age is 41. With me as the primary PR applicant, would my spouse who is 46 years also get PR as my dependent? He has 15+yrs of technical project management experience.

If you list your spouse as accompanying, then, spouse gets it as well. However if you list spouse as non-accompanying to boost your points, then no visa for spouse.
You would have to sponsor after you land.

Age doesn't define the eligibility criteria. Yes, it plays an important role in your score. 460 is a very good score to get the ITA. Hope this score is along with spouse accompanying. Otherwise you might have to sponsor him later which is time consuming process.
