Application was sent back because police clearance certificate was missing.

I am working on getting it. Do i send the original or a copy when i resubmit the package? It will take time to get the original mailed from india.

Also there are hole punches on some of the forms from when they were filing it. That wont be a problem when resubmitting right? Can i keep everything the same and just add the missing police clearance?

You need to submit the original. Don't resubmit the package until you can provide the original.

Can you tell me when your App was received? when did they return your app? the reason also I have submitted Application without PCC couldn't obtain one, I'm worried they may have returned my application.

Heyy it got there the first week of June i got it back July 26th. So all that time i was wonderimg what was happening turms out they just looked at it and said there's no PCC and just sent me the package as is with their letter attached. Now im waiting to get the PCC from my wife so i can put it in the package and semd it out again. They will send it back if PCC is missing. Apparently its mandatory.
