Declining an ITA puts you back into the pool. Your profile does not get canceled.

What is your CRS? If it's around 460 or more, you can decline your ITA, and you'll most likely receive a new one on the next draw.

If you want some constructive help you need to be clearer about that your situation is and why this is important.

It is also difficult for anyone on here to know that answer as that previous information might be stored but not visible to us. I’d assume CIC can see it all

With 465, you can probably expect another ITA on the next draw. The current prediction appears to be hovering around 450/460.

If you're just looking to change some information, you can decline your current ITA and go back into the pool, during which time you can change anything you need to change. Keep in mind, though, that IRCC can see all the changes you make on your profile, from the moment you enter the pool.

It seems like you're not being clear about some of the details of your exact issue. I will try to help you out by sharing something I changed on my profile between ITA and eAPR.

In My ITA I put in work experiences from 3 firms (1 year, 1 year and 3 years in the current firm) I was unable to get proper experience letters from my previous two employers so I removed the previous work history from the work experience section(this did not impact my CRS scores) and only put in my current job in the work history.

I did not face any issues.

The simple rule is, there may be changes from your ITA to eAPR, as long as you explain them in your LOE (I mentioned in my LOE during eAPR that I was unable to get reference letters and I still have enough points without those two jobs). As long as the changes don't impact your score enough so that your score goes below the minimum cutoff for the round of invitation you got invited in, you are going to be processed.

I hope this helps you.
Good Luck
