Unfortunately your chances of getting a TRV to enter Canada are likely very bad. Your best bet would be fo leave Afghanistan and get recognized as a refugee by UNHCR. Unfortunately getting resettlement anywhere in the world is very hard because thr demand is very high and there are very fee spots. Unfortunately I don't have any good solutions. Your best bet would be to try to get in contact with the Americans your father worked with and see if they can eventually faciliate sponsorship but that could take many years.

I Really understand and wish i could help but it is really hard as based on your situation at the time there is limited information i have to be honest. i have to say it actually hurts my heart to know that a 17 year old has to be the adult in the family and is unable to think about being a child and has to be up thinking about ways on how to leave his Country .

do you have family members,

where is your mom.
your dads family or moms family what happen to all the adults in your family.
Thank you for understanding
Actually This is the situation of every Afghan. My mom is sick and she is not educated...my grandparents are no longer and others they are busy in their own life there is no one to ask nd they can't do anything. I just wish my siblings have better life than me that why I am trying to send them to another country..

What about the refugees process if we leave Afghanistan and go to another country then can we start the process over there how much time will it take?

There is not definite answer for that question once you leave it make take a very longtime to get resettled but the good news is you will not be in your home country. Do some research on UNHCR it might answer some of your questions.,

Watch out for Immigration consultants in Your country selling a story of how easy it is coming to Canada. It is NOT easy far from it. Watch them they want ONLY your money and will produce NOTHING for you. Don't be drawn in!!!.
