Hi guys,
I applied for study permit to study in secondary school in Canada. I already pay the tuition so the uncle of my mom is living there and he signs the custodian for me. And also provide info for his accommodation. I get refuse letter a day after recivie the validation of bio-metric with below details:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
Also my mom and dad are got divorced.

So what do you think? Should I apply again? Whit a new documents? please help me

You need to request GCMS notes. Where are you from? Why do you want to go to high school in Canada? What is the benefit to you?

You can reapply anytime, but if you request GCMS which takes around 30 days and read the details of refusal and then reapply your chances of getting approval goes up.

I am from Iran. If I get my diploma in Canada so I can go to top university I mean I have higher chance. And also the English proficency would be different when I do my high school in Canada.

so do you have any higher education previously? your age? as for the first rejection reason its perfectly valid since its quite obvious that you are intending to stay in canada permanently especially when you do not have strong family ties back in iran to convince you to go back

thus you must think of a very good reason to convince the visa official
I am 16. I want to go there without my parents

How old are you? Why a secondary school and not a post secondary school program? How did you show or demonstrated as home tie?

Like every person has advised, do well to request for your gcms notes. You can get it from this third party site: caipsgcms.com
