medical examination request after doing upfront

I have applied for a study permit and I did an upfront medical. I uploaded the information sheet (proof) with my application on May 13th. A few days ago I received a request to do medical examination even though I did an upfront medical. I also talked to my panel physician and he has already sent my reports.

Please can someone advice me on whats going on??

I am in the same boat. I did upfront medical on June 10 in Lahore, Pakistan and submitted paper application on June 21, linked online on June 25th, It showed medical received on June 26 on my CIC account. Then on June 28, it said: you do not need a medical and we will message you if this changes. Then on July 7th, I got a medical request. I filled out a few webforms with my emedical reports, sent my visa office an email and also contacted my local clinic who said they forwarded my results already and they can't do it again.,. I am just going crazy as I am left hanging now....

Did anything happen for you since it happened on June 18 for you and which country did you apply from?

Relax your mind it will get updated since you have sent a webform with your e-medical report.
I had a similar case and it was later updated to "medical passed"

I have the same case! applied on june 24 (2nd application). medical done last feb.18 (upfront). june 28 received medical request. submitted webform immediately. a week later sent another webform but still no reply. although its only 3 weeks, im still worried that this might affect the application process, and also im not sure if the certain embassy processing the visa are receiving the webforms.

Hey there, so my issue has not been resolved lol.. I don't know which country you applied from but I applied from Lhr, Pakistan and submitted a paper app on June 21. Med was done upfront on June 10 and sent to Visa office on June 12th as per my IOM med center. Linked applicaiton online on June 25 and med showed to passed on my CIC account on June 27th and then on June 28th, it just said you don't need a medical and we will message you. So on July 7th, I got the medical request and I sent them an email and a few webforms mentioning that my medical was already done and all, Then I also contacted my med center to request them if they can send a query to the visa office to link my medical to my account because many other applicants had mentioned they did this and it worked but in my case, despite my emails to the Medical centre, they kept on saying that they won't contact the visa office and I need to contact them myself and get this issue resolved... so yaa :/

I had similar situation. Received medical request on 28th June.Sent my emedical through webform on 29th June. Received email my document has been handed to the responsible officer. But gc key not yet updated.

Well if you got a response for the webform that your document has been forwarded then I guess it should be good, despite the update online...
