I am a Filipino and I got married in the Philippines. I been separated for a few years now. I have a Canadian boyfriend and I am visiting him soon. Can I apply for a divorce in canada while i am visiting.

No,I don't think so. You and your ex are not permanent residents of Canada.
Divorces granted in Canada are based on your current status as a resident, not where your marriage took place.

Did you got visa already?
You must obtain visa then maybe live in Canada for a year then process it.
