LoE not showing after AOR

Hi all,
I have submitted my application and received letter confirming the application is received. Now when I log in and go to view submitted documents, all other documents are there but there is nothing under Client Information (where LoE suppose to be).
I have submitted it properly. And I know of one more person facing this same issue.

Anyone else experiencing the same? I am freaking out.

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and see again if it is there are not.

If you are still not able to see it. Send the form via web form. And raise a technical issue.

Keep refreshing the page.After 10 times refreshing the page ,you will see the tab showing client information just like others.

No need to raise a technical issue and Use this webform for a technical glitch.

It happens with many applicants.
No need to worry about that.
Just refresh also open your profile using another browser.
Surely,it will work.

Hahaa it appeared. Was just sitting there abusing the refresh button, but yeah I see it at the bottom of the rest of the documents now. Thanks guys. I started doubting that I uploaded it.
