Wishing evryone meet their spouse soon. I was away from Hubby since 2 years. And this waiting was unbearable. Bt keeping patience is wat this process teaches us. Three stages i found very crucial
1. Proper documented application.
2. Sponsor approval that paves way to medical
And the most imp. 3. Your marriage is true.. This processing takes the longest. Some ppl call it background check n what not but for me its the full proof marriage. Thats what my experience was.
All the best to all once again. God bless

Hi guys
Im not from india
But i will be thankful if you help me
My husband is canadian citizen by birth
Their family came back to iran when he was a child
Now we decided to comeback to canada
But I’m worried About years he’s not been in canada.
If he's a canadian citizen there's no problem.

Just wondering, when u guys received letter from cpc-m about file transfer to NDVO, What was written in letter?

I got a letter from cpc-m on may 31. The letter states, “Please be advised that ur file will be transferred to visa office in New Delhi”. Letter Doesn’t say anything about further processing or why file will be transferred.

I called ircc and the agent told me that the file is in the process of being transferred. Little curious about file still in cpc-m and letter for transfer on may 31.

Any help? Thanks

Transfer letters never specify why file is being transferred. Its only a notification of your file being transferred thats all.

Any idea, usually how long does it take for cpc-m to transfer file to NDVO?

It took about a week after we got the transfer notice. After the first letter that said the file will be transferred, we got a follow up letter that said the file has been transferred. Also, no. They never give a reason, but majority of cases do get transferred.
