HELLO
Am I considere a employee? Or a self-employed person?
Read my case:
I am a LLC (limited liability company) owner.
I have a plastic factory.
I have 1% of the shares, while my father, which is my partner, have 99%.
I am sort of a general manager.
I work I guess 50-600h per week during almost 4 years already, but I got no salary at all. Sometimes I use some of the company's profits to pay for my stuff. I have a husband that pays for everything so I don't take money from the company, that's why I never thought of having a formal salary.
In my opinion, a self-employed person is more like a lawyer, doctor.
All the sales receipts my company emits its on the company's name, not on my name.
What do you think?
