Update - almost a heart attach over here!!!! (processing time - 25 days left)

Ok, so in march/2019 i inform CIC that i became common-law with my Canadian boyfriend.
This past friday, May 24th, at night, i received an email informing me about an update on my account.
CIC request me to fill it up the IMM5409e - Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union + proof of citizenship for my common-law partner.
And they gave me 07 days to upload the documents.

For the proof of citizenship for my common-law partner i will submit his Canadian passport
For IMM5409e - Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union we are going to a Notary today.
To proof we are common-law for over an year i am going to submit:
  • mail from both of us with the same address, including mail from the Government of Canada(Like official mail)
  • Our Tenancy Agreement since we both sign with equal responsibilities
  • A letter explaining that we are waiting for my PR to buy a place together
  • A chronological "photo book". With dates and names (with our personal connection to the people in the photos, like this is us with his family, my cousin and so on). Also i am including photos since we met, start dating, move in together to the present day.
I don`t think i have anything else to proof that we are together. Any comments?

Also, i have to say that I was caught by surprise with this request. Because my process is already on going, is CEC, my partner is NOT sponsoring me and he is Canadian.

On top of that, is it normal for the time to present additional documents to be just 07 days? It was not suppose to be a month? Maybe is short because my processing time is almost over?

I also got my GCMS notes yesterday - May 27th (with processing time yesterday was 26 days left)
I order my notes on April 24th, so it took a little more than a month.

My notes are from - requested date 04/25/2019
Primary Office - Ottawa
Secondary Office - OSC - Operations Support Center - No ideia of what that means - Anyone?
Eligibility - Recommended passed
Security - Not Started
( i called CIC after i requested my notes and the agent told me that they were working on my security...so this result is old. I think and hope)
Criminality - Passed
Medical - Passed
Info Sharing - Complete

They requested last friday, May 24th, more information about my common-law, form IMM 5409e. Which i intend to submit this Thursday(May 30th). So i think i will request a new GCMS this week and another one after 02 weeks, which i think is the time it will take for CIC to officially received and acknowledge the documents they requested. But that is just a guess.

Any comments?

From what I can tell, looks like you're at the last stretch of your application. If security is in progress and they're asking for common law documentation, shouldn't take them too long now. That's my thinking anyway :)
