CEC Work Experience

Hi,

So I was working in a paid job (NOC Code B) then I switched to a job where my employer wasn't paying me (articling law student).

I then decided to switch back to my old job.

Does the gap affect my PR application under CEC?

I read on IRCC's website that work ex doesn't have to be continuous so it would seem that the gap in employment is not an issue.

Any help would be appreciated!

The gap is not an issue as long as you complete a minimum of 52 weeks full time (30 hours or more) qualifying work within a period of 3 years.
