Did you also pay for the biometrics fees along with the RPRF during the start of the application?

I think there is no Biometrics for all Indian nationals

Appointment is required only in case they ask for ur biometrics too. I submitted it in chd vfs only

Yes it has shifted to elante mall building.. dont worry you will get ur passport stamped really quick.
I submitted it on 16th n it was stamped and received back at vfs on 18th only. But as i got it delivered to my residential address in punjab, so i got it delivered at home on 20th april.

Hey, to which vfs office did you submit?
We submitted at vfs bangalore on 4th April, no updates till now. Online tracking shows decision made envelope couriered, but no courier tracking id. We called vfs people multiple times and all they say is, we have forwarded your request to concerned department.

No, they didnt ask for biometrics at vfs Bangalore office. Consent letter and other required documents including photos are enough.
You can also call at their office number and confirm.

Congrats to all who have received their PPRs. But i must admit, coming on here and reading about people who have applied long after I did and got PPRs, has really got me frustrated. When will mine come!

No i didn't apply for the notes because I keep thinking that the ppr is coming any day now. So I didn't want to slow the process down even a bit by requesting notes.

Same here... I keep checking ecas and gckey every day just hoping that there will be an update. I am also wondering if there are any other June applicants left like me who haven't received anything yet... no PPR, no DM on ECAS, no interview request, no additional docs request.
